What are Under30Experiences?
We bring 12 - 20 people under the age of 35 to build friendships, stories and memories of a lifetime.
We design the best possible adventures in exotic locations and take care of you every step of the way. It's our job to maximize fun with the best possible itineraries.
Our mission is to make travel more fun, stress free and accessible to young people.
We believe our generation needs to see the world in order to understand it.
We're not a travel company, we're an experience company.
We dive into local cultures, tell stories over fires on the beach, learn salsa dancing into the early morning hours all with people you will call friends by the last day.
“I came out of this trip with a foundation of knowledge, friendship, and an incredible experience. I can’t believe you can jam that much fun into 5 days.” - Carla Blumenthal, Nicaragua April 2013

Courtney's passion for travel started the moment she boarded a plane bound for Prague, where she would spend the summer abroad studying photojournalism. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Courtney knew there was a world of adventure waiting for her to explore and has never looked back. When she isn't taking photos you can usually find her on the lookout for a great cup of coffee, a new mountain to snowboard or a body of water to jump into. Courtney is the resident photographer and videographer for Under30Experiences.
Matt Wilson is Adventurer in Residence at Under30Experiences and Co-founder at Under30CEO. After a random trip to Iceland, Matt knew that thousands of other young people needed to get the experience he just had. It was time to give other's the opportunity to see the world. Matt went on to spend the next two years scouting locations abroad and exploring the world.
Jared O’Toole graduated Ithaca College with a finance degree and like so many other business majors he quickly realized corporate life was not a path for him. Instead, he got passionate about entrepreneurship, branding and how companies could leverage new media tools online. O’Toole has led Under30Media to features on The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Yahoo! Finance.
Cesar’s passion for entrepreneurship began with Moomkin, a cloud-based solutions networking platform and continues with Under30Experiences heading up social media efforts and bridging the gap between online and offline networking. As a native Nicaraguan and Spanish speaker, he’s constantly looking to add value to everyone he meets, including free Spanish and Salsa lessons.
After spending 5 months in Spain speaking Spanish and eating nothing but sangria and tapas, Liz was hooked on traveling and all the new foods that came with it. She seeks to inspire and motivate young people to go travel, and travel often. Through her work in operations, marketing, and sales she wants to empower others to pursue their passions, take a random adventure, and live a life of all work and all play.
After a trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands in college, Cara knew that the world had too much to offer to stay couped up in her small New Jersey town. She strives to leverage her background in marketing and writing with her passion for adventure. She believes that travel opens your mind and heart to boundless possibilities.
