Why Brazil

Brazil is a mecca for cosmopolitan travelers and has recently taken the spotlight for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games.

Famous for its vibrant culture, filled with music, dance, art, and soccer, Brazil is one place on everyone's bucket list.

Rio de Janeiro harbor, coupled with Sugar Loaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer stand as iconic landmarks you won't want to miss.

Day 1: Arrival in Brazil

Arrive at Rio de Janeiro Galeão International Airport (GIG) and be shuttled to our boutique bed and breakfast.

Nestled in what New York Magazine calls Rio's "sexiest neighborhood," Santa Teresa boasts beautiful views and a cool sea breeze.

Relax on the sun deck while meeting your group of up to sixteen other like-minded young people.

Day 2: Christ the Redeemer

Take the tram to the top of Corcovado Mountain to see Rio de Janeiro Harbor, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

After snapping pictures of Cristo, descend from the "Central Park of Rio" and enjoy the magnificence of Brazil's Botanical Gardens.

After your visit to Tijuca National Park head back for a caipirinha by the pool and get to know your fellow travelers.

Day 3: Sugarloaf Mountain

Today, hike through the jungle within Rio to the top of Urca before taking the cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain.

Upon descent, find yourself minutes from Copacabana Beach, the media's centerpiece of the FIFA World Cup and Summer Olympics.

Copacabana is one of the main centers of culture in Rio where you can find some of the best street food in the world.

Day 4: Cocacabana &
Ipanema Beaches

A trip to Rio is not complete without a beach day. Lounge among beautiful people from all over the world or join a local soccer game.

Find some live music where Grammy winner Antonio Carlos Jobim found his inspiration among samba, choro, and bossa nova tunes.

Day 5: Cultural Day

Our trip to Rio will be all about immersing ourselves in Brazilian culture beyond what the normal traveler gets to experience.

Head to the massive Feira Sao Cristovao market held inside a soccer stadium and upon return learn to dance the samba after dinner.

This will be our last night so be ready join the street parties in Lapa, the main nightlife district of Rio de Janeiro.
