-Standing on a glacier in Iceland, overlooking the Eyjafjallajökull volcano, Matt has an epiphany that living on Wall Street working 12-16 hours per day wasn’t for him. Shortly after, Matt and Jared launch their first retreat to Iceland followed by another to Costa Rica.
-Under30Experiences hosts reunions & meetups for past travelers. The Community concept is born. Cesar Romero attends our trip to Nicaragua and becomes U30X’s first Trip Leader. Today, Cesar is still with Under30Experiences.
-U30X launches trips to Machu Picchu and begins involvement in projects within indigenous communities to promote local sustainability. Under30Experiences grows from 5 trips to 15 trips.

-Custom Experiences launches and partners with wellness brands to host custom retreats around the world, including Paleomg, Jump Rope Dudes, and Girls Gone WOD. Under30Experiences opens an office in Thailand and runs more than 150 trips across the world.
-Under30Experiences is named #801 on Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and #8 in Travel & Tourism industry. U30X opens their flagship sustainability project in El Cocal, Costa Rica and expands their trips to include New Zealand and the Galapagos Islands.

Just returned from my second trip with Under30Experiences. My first trip was to the Costa Rica rainforest. My most recent trip was to Iceland. Both trips were such an amazing experience.
