This retreat combines yoga, life coaching, and spirituality to connect mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga & Life Coaching

Yoga classes will begin with a short meditation before leading to a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, while afternoon classes will focus on alignment and a restorative practice.

Classes are designed for all levels and give you the freedom to modify all poses.

Our life coaching and mindfulness sessions have been curated for personal reflection and mindset shifts in a group setting. 

Private one-on-one life coaching sessions are also available.

Your Retreat Leaders

Luz Garcia is a 1500 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and Chilean native.

She teaches an energetic Vinyasa Flow and provides alignment cues to take your yoga to the next level.

Her 14 years of yoga studies have consisted of Yoga Works Method, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Shala Method, Restorative, and Prenatal.

She is also a certified reflexologist and colon hydrotherapist.

Jennifer DeSimone is a certified lifestyle & intentionality coach and works with clients to live their most radiant lives.

Day 1: Arrival in Bali

Arrive at Denpesar, Bali at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) before 1:00 pm.

Find yourself among rice paddies and steep ravines in this mecca of art and culture known for being less visited than Bali's main tourist areas.

Relax and recover after a long flight and enjoy our opening dinner. Set an intention to lead you through the week.

Day 2: Cultural Immersion &
Rice Paddies

Start your first morning in Bali with a gentle yoga practice followed by a Balinese breakfast.

Our villas are inside the confines of one of the oldest villages in Bali. Be welcomed inside a traditional Balinese compound and house temple.

Tour the traditional rice paddies and learn about the importance of conservation.

In the afternoon begin your mindfulness work during your first group coaching session before closing day with a hands-on yoga practice.

Day 3: Monkey Forest

After a playful yoga practice, get up close and personal with the Balinese long-tailedmacaque monkey in the sacred ecological reserve at the Monkey Forest.

Explore the local market, cafes and art galleries of Ubud, before heading back to the villas for group coaching and yoga.

Day 4: Yoga Barn

After our yoga practice we will spend the day at the world famous Yoga Barn, one of the largest yoga sanctuaries in Asia.

A center dedicated to healing and renewal, you will have the opportunity to take one of their yoga classes or schedule a massage at the Ayurvedic Spa.

Enjoy lunch in the cafe before finding a quiet spot to continue our coaching.

Day 5: Waterfalls & Reflexology

After yoga, cool down by hiking through a river to hidden waterfalls if water conditions permit.

Take the afternoon to learn the basics of reflexology in an introduction to this alternative healing practice.

Return to the Yoga Barn to take part in a Tibetan gong and meditation bowl ceremony as well as purchase juice for our morning fast.

Close the day with a family-style dinner at one of Ubud's renowned vegan restaurants.

Day 6: Water Temple & Purification

Begin the day with a fresh juice as we prepare our bodies for an ancient water temple purification ceremony at Tirta Empul.

Break our fast over a delicious organic brunch.

In the afternoon join in on our closing yoga practice and group coaching session as we prepare to continue our journeys home.

Come together over dinner to enjoy a performance by the local children's orchestra.

Day 7: Relaxation & Departure

Wake up early for an optional trip into town or one last swim in the infinity pool overlooking the tropical forest.

Soak up the last few hours of Balinese bliss in your villa before your departure.

Be shuttled back to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) for your flight departing after 12:00 pm local time.
