Summer is over...NOW WHAT?!

Winter blues? Not on our watch.

With cold snaps beginning to happen in the United States, full blown winter temperatures will be here before we know it!

There are two ways to deal with winter...embrace it or run away! Either way, we've got you covered!

Keep reading for some snowy, and not-so-snowy, options for your winter adventure!

Option 1: EMBRACE IT!

Perhaps you enjoy winter weather but live in an area that doesn't get cold, or maybe you love snow and would spend every waking minute enjoying it, if you had the chance. Either way, here are two U30X trips that embrace the cold weather!

1. Lake Tahoe

Sparkling lakes in the summer and fresh snow in the winter, if you're looking to do a bit of snowshoeing while admiring a fresh dusting of snow, Lake Tahoe is your answer!

2. Zion & Bryce Canyon

The winter season is an amazing time to visit these two National Parks. Reason 1, 2, and 3 are that there are no crowds! Since it is off season, that means more space for you to explore without having to deal with overcrowded trails.

Winter in Zion and Bryce Canyon also means that snow capped hoodoos will be in abundance!

Option 2: RUN AWAY!

Just because you don't enjoy snow doesn't mean you have to stay home all winter. Here are a couple of options for a winter getaway with U30X, sans snow flurries.

1. Galapagos Islands

Located in South America, the Galapagos Islands will be nice and warm for the rest of the year! Leave your heavy coat behind and replenish your Vitamin D with some fun in the sun...and don't forget sunblock. The sun near the Equator does not mess around!

2. Joshua Tree

Avoid the snow, but still enjoy cooler temperatures on our Los Angeles tp Joshua Tree trip. You'll spend a night in Los Angeles (GORGEOUS weather), a night snuggled up in your sleeping bag camping under the stars, then treat-yo-self with a final night in lush Palm Springs.

Don't spend your entire winter season cooped up indoors. Wave those winter blues goodbye and go on an adventure!
