With the increased concern surrounding the novel coronavirus we're implementing a temporary cancellation policy.
We understand that the news of a wide-spread virus can be a bit daunting, which is why we have waived our transfer/cancellation policy and are allowing transfers/cancellations up until the day of departure. This gives everyone a bit more time to fully assess the situation without feeling tied to a 30-day cancellation policy.
We expect the spread of this viral outbreak will eventually normalize, and we don’t want travelers to feel pressured by our policies to cancel preemptively.
Most travel insurance policies will not cover COVID-19 related cancellations.

Please note that many CFAR policies have stipulations regarding the time frame in which the insurance policy is purchased and the date your trip is initially booked.
