Status of Trips
We are excited to announce that as of November 2020 we have resumed trips to select countries in Central and South America. We will continue to monitor the situation around the world and we hope to resume operations in more locations as 2021 approaches. Our USA departures have been running normally and will continue to do so.

Travelers on cancelled departures due to the pandemic have been contacted and will receive travel credits worth 110% of the price they paid for their trip. These Experience Credits never expire and can be used towards any future trip.

Please know that our small team is working tirelessly to help travelers around the world and will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you have a concern that is urgent, the best way to contact us is
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

With the increased concern surrounding the novel coronavirus we're implementing a temporary cancellation policy.

We understand that the news of a wide-spread virus can be a bit daunting, which is why we have waived our transfer/cancellation policy and are allowing transfers/cancellations up until 14 days before departure for all trips departing in 2020. This gives everyone a bit more time to fully assess the situation without feeling tied to a 30-60 day cancellation policy.

We expect the spread of this viral outbreak will eventually normalize, and we don’t want travelers to feel pressured by our policies to cancel preemptively.

Travel Insurance

Most travel insurance policies will not cover COVID-19 related cancellations.

If you're concerned with COVID-19, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes a Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) policy. Weigh your insurance options here.

Please note that many CFAR policies have stipulations regarding the time frame in which the insurance policy is purchased and the date your trip is initially booked.
