Why Ireland?

Ireland's mild climate and bountiful rain gives this impressively green island the title of the Emerald Isle.

The Irish countryside is home to castles from the Middle Ages, majestic cliffs, rich culture, and settings for movies like P.S. I Love You.

With over 60 million Americans claiming Irish descent, it is only natural to have curiosity about the heritage of the old world. It is the perfect destination for group travel and your next adventure trip!

Day 1: Arrival in Ireland
& Howth Cliffs

Arrive at the Dublin Airport (DUB) before 7 AM and be shuttled to the village of Howth with your fellow group travelers.

Spend your first morning exploring the lighthouses, shops, cafes and incredible cliff walk on the Bay of Dublin.

That afternoon travel to Kilkenny to stay in the world famous Butler House, once part of the Kilkenny Castle.

Day 2: Kilkenny Cultural
Experience

Today you will have the opportunity to continue your exploration of Kilkenny, the well-preserved historical Marble City.

Take a city walking or cycling tour, browse art galleries, tour the castle, or take one of Kilkenny's many nature walks along the river.

Climb to the top of St. Canice Cathedral and the Round Tower constructed in the year 1250 for a view of the city.

Day 3: Blarney Castle & Galway

Wake up and stroll through the Georgian garden on your way to an artisan breakfast in the stables of the Kilkenny Castle.

Explore the grounds of Blarney Castle. Kiss the Stone of Eloquence and never be at loss for words again.

Depart from Blarney for Galway as we continue the trip on the West coast of Ireland.

Day 4: Kylemore Abbey

Today, we head north to Connemara and Kylemore Abbey. The abbey is a Benedictine Monastery founded in 1920.

Enjoy walking through the rooms of the Abbey, take a stroll through the six acre walled victorian gardens or explore the rest of the 1000 acre estate.

Don't miss the Gothic Church just a short walk away from the Abbey.

Day 5: Cliffs of Moher

After a night of song and dance at the traditional Irish pubs in Galway, it will be time to venture down the coast to the Cliffs of Moher.

The cliffs tower to over 700 feet above the ocean below and are truly a site to see.

You will be hard-pressed to find a more spectacular view in all of Ireland.

Day 6: Explore Dublin

Arrive in Dublin, Ireland's capital city to walk the River Liffey, through Trinity College and the winding pedestrian streets.

Have the option to visit the Guinness Storehouse, the Jameson Distillery or wander into a Irish Pub.

Your hotel is in the heart of Dublin within minutes of Temple Bar.

Day 7: Relaxation & Departure

Wake up for one last traditional Irish breakfast before saying goodbye to your new friends.

After breakfast take the shuttle to the airport to catch your flight.

You can also book our longer group travel trip that takes travelers to Ireland, Scotland, & London for some extra adventure travel.
