We take you to some of the best beaches in the world, Costa Rica’s most popular national park, and let you choose plenty of other adventures like off-the-beaten-path hikes, surfing, ziplining, rafting, and much more.

This trip is for those who enjoy being physically challenged and reaping the rewards. It includes moderate to intense physical activities and participants should expect to be active 6-8 hours most days. Participants should have an active lifestyle.
Arrive at San Jose International Airport (SJO) before 1:00 PM and be shuttled to Playa Hermosa. Watch the locals surf one of the most famous waves in the world.
Enjoy your first Costa Rican dinner and beautiful sunset as you get to know your new friends. Perhaps even enjoy a refreshing beer or cocktail right on the beach.
Then we head to Manuel Antonio to settle into your hotel conveniently located minutes from the beach and the National Park.
Unwind in the pool or relax in your villa and get ready for tomorrow’s adventure.

Start your morning exploring the jungle of Manuel Antonio National Park, one of the most beautiful and biodiverse areas in the world.
The park contains a combination of tropical forest and stunning beaches and is home to two types of sloths and three types of monkeys.
Keep an eye out for iguanas, geckos, tree frogs, deer, racoons, agoutis, and several other animals you probably won’t see anywhere else.
After a delicious mid-day meal, relax on the world famous Playa Espadilla, rated top 15 beaches in the world by TripAdvisor.
For those of you interested in getting up early, enjoy some Costa Rican coffee and/or practice yoga on the beach.
Then hike to a secret beach and enjoy an untouched and stunning slice of paradise. In the afternoon, you have the option to tour the local animal refuge, go zip-lining through the jungle, or explore many other hikes in the area.
After dinner, make your way to the local bar for salsa lessons and get to know your peers over drinks in paradise.
Start your day at the local farmer’s market in the nearby fishing town of Quepos. Shop for unique artisan gifts, try local fruits, cheeses, ceviche, or homemade ice cream.
In the afternoon, paddle out to the waves like a local and take an optional surf lesson. Relax and rehydrate sipping out of a fresh coconut on the beach.
Kick off the last night watching a town soccer match or join one on the beach. Enjoy a delicious local meal and reflect on the week’s adventures while celebrating the new relationships you’ve made.
On our final day wake up early for an optional morning hike or a relaxing walk on the beach to say adios to Costa Rica.
