Known as The Land of Smiles, Thailand is one of the few places that never seems to disappoint offering surprises at every corner. From idyllic beaches, to serene temples, to iconic street food, to vibrant flea markets--Thailand has everything a curious traveler could ask for.
This retreat will be conducted on the island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. Spend your days cultivating your health and well-being through the regular practice of a range of different techniques. Practice yoga, breath awareness, relaxation, self-inquiry, and meditation.

Welcome to Thailand! Arrive to Samui International Airport and take included transportation to your yoga retreat with your new group of friends.
Your week in Thailand will be on the island of Koh Samui, one of the top yoga and spa destinations in the world. Check into rustic beach bungalows that bring you closer to nature with access to a private beach within walking distance.
Enjoy a health-conscious meal served at the on-site restaurant and get to know fellow like-minded travelers you’ll bond with throughout the next week.
Wake up in the morning to fantastic views of palm-fringed beaches and coconut groves overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.
Walk over to the beautiful open-air, oceanfront yoga pavilion, offering a serene setting with the soothing sound of the ocean as a background. Sounds of waves in savasana-- can your morning get any better?
Enjoy a buffet style brunch with your choice of freshly squeezed juices and specialty in-house organic dips. After breakfast, choose to visit two of Koh Samui’s most famous temples where you will see Buddhism’s influence on Thai culture.
Before dinner, continue your yoga practice developing your skills and embracing the true spirit of yoga as you discover transformations within yourself.
Begin your day with a light yoga session as you feel your body beginning to settle into the poses with ease. Follow up your practice with a delicious brunch to refuel and energize yourself.
Take a walk down to the beach to soak up the sun, swim in the crystal clear waters and read a book--today is all about relaxation and inner reflection. In the afternoon, attend a mindfulness session or enjoy a Thai massage.
This evening, gather with friends for a dinner buffet and get to know more about one another.
Begin to dive deeper into your yoga practice and feel the transformation forming within yourself. Then, fill up with a healthy meal as you prepare your body for an excursion into nature.
Hike through lush green jungles to Hin Lad waterfall and take a swim in the fresh clean water. Chill out, relax and enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by wilderness.
Building off of your practices thus far, settle into a guided meditation before returning to the retreat center for a restorative candlelight yoga session.
Begin your morning learning the basics of reflexology in an introduction to this traditional, ancient healing practice that has been used for thousands of years. After brunch, it’s time to explore the shoreline on an optional paddle board activity.
Enjoy lunch in a local cafe before returning to the center for an afternoon of relaxation. Our retreat center is the perfect place for reflection.
This evening you’ll have your chance to barter with the locals at the Fisherman’s Village night market. Scour the stalls for local handicrafts, souvenirs, and tasty Thai treats.
Start your day off with another yoga class with the sounds of the sea as your soundtrack before enjoying a healthy brunch.
Then, choose your own optional adventure and go kayaking, snorkeling, or treat yourself to a range of services at the spa.
After a group meal with your friends and sharing stories of your day’s adventures, join a sound therapy class as you discover the power of vibrations.
Wake-up early and walk down to your private beach for a morning swim before joining your fellow yogis for a final brunch. Soak up the last few hours on this island paradise and reflect on all that you’ve accomplished.
Take the included transportation to Samui International Airport for your departing flight, or stay in Thailand and continue exploring the Land of Smiles on your own.
