Afternoon

• Meet up at Benito Juárez International Airport at 3:00 p.m where your Trip Leader will greet you.
• Take a private shuttle from the airport to your boutique hotel located in the heart of Mexico City. 

Evening

• Enjoy an included group dinner in the bustling downtown Mexico City as your Trip Leader goes over the plan for the upcoming days’ adventures.

Morning

• Wake up in Mexico City and enjoy breakfast at your boutique hotel.
• Visit “La Casa Azul”, Frida Kahlo’s museum located in the heart of Coyoacán, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city.

Afternoon

• Take a stroll to the Zócalo Main Square just a few blocks away from your hotel, where you’ll visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace which holds Diego Rivera’s murals and finish your walk through Mexico City outside the Bellas Artes Palace of Fine Arts.

Evening

• Enjoy another included dinner in Mexico City, before heading to, what is bound to be, a highlight of your Mexico City trip.
• Head to one of the most exciting events in the city- filled with adrenaline, screaming and laughter: the Lucha Libre arena where you’ll have the opportunity to experience this one of a kind Mexican wrestling event.

Morning

• After breakfast at your boutique hotel, dive about an hour outside of Mexico City to Teotihuacán Archaeological site.
• Discover the amazing ruins known as the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon which dominate the skyline. This was once one of the biggest cities in the world.
• Stroll down “The Avenue of the Dead” and see the clues to what life was like here nearly 2000 years ago.
  

Afternoon

• After a guided visit of the site, enjoy some free time to explore at your own pace. 
• Once you have taken in all that the Teotihuacán Archaeological site has to offer, make your way back to the vibrant Mexico City.
  

Evening

• Enjoy an authentic taste of Mexico as your Trip Leader shows you the very best tacos in Mexico City.
• Visit one of every local’s favorite taquerías and try the different tacos with a delicious “agua fresca”. 
• The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy as the city boasts amazing nightlife.

Morning

• Enjoy breakfast.
• Board your own trajinera (traditional Mexican boat) and enjoy  the colourful Xochimilco canals as you float around the “chinampas”, or floating gardens, which are classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 
• While on board your floating vessel, enjoy an optional mariachi serenade and an included delicious local lunch.
  

Afternoon

• Explore Xochimilco and enjoy lunch.
  

Evening

• It’s your final night in Mexico City with your new friends. Take this opportunity to enjoy a local restaurant or one last night out on the town.

Morning

• Wake up one last time in Mexico City and enjoy your final breakfast with your new friends.
• Say “adios” to Mexico City as you take included transportation back to the airport and arrive at 10:00 a.m. If leaving today, we suggest booking your departing flight a few hours after this time to allow for time to check in, go through security, etc.
• If you are extending your stay in Mexico City, be sure to ask your Trip Leader for recommendations on things to do in the area.
