Experience true connection with nature doing yoga in the heart of the Costa Rican rainforest.
This retreat will provide renewal, adventure, and body + mind connection while you detoxify, strengthen, rejuvenate, and eat organic meals grown right on site!
The yoga will be an energetic Vinyasa Flow using props and alignment cues to take your yoga to the next level.
Your teacher, Luz Garcia, is a 1500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Chilean Native who has 14 years of yoga studies including: the Yoga Works Method, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Shala Method, Restorative, and Prenatal. She is also a certified reflexologist, aromatherapist, and is trained in detox and colon hydrotherapy from the Yoga Barn in Bali.

This trip is relaxing and includes light activities with optional moderate activities. Participants can decide how much time they spend being active. No physical preparation is required to make the most of the experience.

Arrive at the San Jose International Airport (SJO) before 1:00 PM and take included transportation to our remote eco-lodge right in the heart of the lush and biodiverse Costa Rican rainforest.
Kick off your visit by enjoying a delicious organic dinner grown right on the property while you get to know the other like-minded travelers you'll bond with throughout the next five days.
After dinner, relax at the eco-lodge or chill out in the natural pools located right on site.
Wake up to the sounds the rainforest and head to the yoga deck to begin the day with some light yoga and mobility work to recover after your flight.
Enjoy your first amazing breakfast at the eco-lodge, fresh coffee, organic vegetables, and homemade bread.
Explore the grounds on a tour of the eco-lodge, learn all about permaculture and the use of sustainable sources of energy and good ecological practices while taking in the great views of the surrounding mountains
Participate on another yoga class in the beautiful deck surrounded by nature or make your own adventure by hiking to El Mirador lookout point or visit the town of El Castillo and enjoy breathtaking views of the Arenal Lake.
Begin to dive deeper into your yoga practice as you feel energized on your third day surrounded by trees and the sound of the river.
Delight with breakfast at the eco-lodge, get the feel for the true Costa Rican morning flavors with a nice coffee and a plate of tropical fruits.
In the afternoon, relax at the eco-lodge or make your own adventure in the rainforest.
After a full day of yoga and exploration, enjoy another wonderful dinner at the eco-lodge and get ready for another day of yoga, meditation, and adventures in the rainforest.
Practice yoga and continue to work on alignment as your teacher instructs you with a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga
After your morning workout, enjoy another tasty breakfast at the eco-lodge.
Make your own rainforest adventure by choosing from the following optional activities (not included): hiking the trails of the great Arenal Observatory Lodge, or get more exercise and stunning pictures of the Arenal Volcano while kayaking in the Lake.
Unwind with a restorative class after a beautiful day of exploring Costa Rica’s countryside
Continue to work on the alignment of your yoga practice and truly understand how to do the poses. There will be no rushing in these classes and modifications will always be available.
Delight with another great breakfast and start your last day fully energized.
Explore the eco-lodge trails, relax by the pool, or join another great rainforest adventure.
Wind down as you take your last yoga class of the week as tomorrow you will be departing for San Jose.
Enjoy your last dinner in Costa Rica and continue to connect with like-minded friends.
Tonight you’ll enjoy the closing dinner at the eco-lodge with your new friends where you will all share your best moments of the adventure you just had. During your mindfulness talk, think of all the things you’ve achieved during the week and share them with your new friends.
One more amazing, yet quick breakfast at the eco-lodge before you head back the same road you came from but being a totally new person. Don’t forget your motion sickness medication if needed.
