U30X Co-Founders, Jared O'Toole & Matt Wilson, decided to align their business efforts with their passion for travel.

Jared & Matt built Under30Experiences around the idea of creating travel experiences tailored for young adults with an emphasis on community. With their 18-35 demographic in mind, they sought to create international trips focused on ease, affordability, and sustainability for people busy and hungry for adventure.

The U30X Story

Matt Wilson was standing on top of a volcano in Iceland looking over a beautiful glacial valley, watching the sunset at 11:30 p.m. Matt had an epiphany and asked himself, ‘How can I do more of this? How can I pay forward these experiences to other people?’” With his longtime friend and colleague Jared O’Toole, they started their business in 2012 and challenged prospective customers with the age-old question: If not now, when?

7 years later, Under30Experiences is running more than 300 trips annually and has over 4,000 alumni travelers in their network.
