We will provide yoga mats for the practice. If you prefer to use straps we recommend that you bring your own. A belt or long sleeve shirt works if you forget. Please bring two tennis or lacrosse balls to roll on to relieve sore muscles.
There will be two yoga sessions per day. Once in the morning before breakfast and then a second yoga instruction in the late afternoon.
Arrival day 1 and departure day 7, will not have a formal yoga instruction.
Of course! The experience is open to all levels and our instructor will adapt the levels of each participant. We believe in yoga’s ability to transform one’s health and well-being and want to share the practice of yoga with all people.
The Yoga Barn is a combination of studios located in downtown Ubud that offers classes in yoga, dance, healing, breathwork and movement.

Yes. Ice is produced in the same factories where the water is filtered. Ice is then shipped to restaurants, shops and local vendors. A common rule is to only drink ice that has a hole in the center.
A rolling suitcase is perfect for this trip as we only stay in one accommodation the entire time. We do suggest that you bring a small backpack to use on day excursions and to carry your personal gear.
Yes. Expect the 2 pin socket and plug as is found in Europe. The pins are round, not flat or rectangular. Make sure your devices can handle 220 volts or bring a power converter.

Just returned from my second trip with Under30Experiences. My first trip was to the Costa Rica rainforest. My most recent trip was to Iceland. Both trips were such an amazing experience.
